I agree. I did a cross country road trip and stopped here for dinner and was less then impressed with the food.

11-13-2006 @8:34AM Lenny G said... Bern's in Tampa is a great one and boasts one of the bigger wine lists (and collections) of any restaurant. Tampa also has Charley's (my favorite), Shula's, Ruth's Chris, Fleming's, Palm, Capitol Grille, etc. Lots of good beef going down here.

Maybe it's because of the way they look.Creeps me out. But I do love my steak! ;D But I'm not so adventurous. I like mine well done. I like New York steakhouses...even with food and restaurants I go with the underdogs.

11-21-2006 @5:59PM Richard Link said... My boss and I went to Bern's when we were in Tampa, FL. The meal was incredible and included a kitchen and wine cellar tour before we went up to the Dessert Room. A great place but take your spouse - not your boss!!
