On the topic of hot chocolate - stores like Ghiradelli and others are now selling "drinking chocolate," which I highly (HIGHLY!) recommend. It is faaar more chocolatey than a little powdery packet of Swiss Miss. Although, Swiss Miss's tiny dehydrated marshmallows add a certain panache that no sophisticated, 'adult' hot chocolate can achieve!
