10-30-2006 @9:55AM blackcaesar said... The cake in the pictue shows way to open of a grain structure, shadowing and tunneling as well. I imagine that too much leavening was added, but one canot tel;l from pictures alone. With a pH and or flavor/ aroma profile, one could tell easily. It is a far from picture perfect item in my opinion.
