9-20-2006 @5:22PM Finished Law School said... I look forward to picking the cow that will be killed, pushing the button that will electrocute it and then watching the butcher go to the back room and cut what I want out of it.
I must admit that I am somewhat concerned about this being a cost effective manner of getting beef on the table though...

9-20-2006 @8:12PM Mike said... I just got a 1/2 pig from TLC Ranch that's mentioned in the article, and have had a few of their chickens. If you show up early, you can see how your chickens are treated when processed ( yes, that means killed. ) As I drove off last time I stopped to see the other chickens and the laying hens wandering the fields in the grass down the hill. I think the pigs were hiding under the trees.

9-25-2006 @11:01AM Renn said... Just went to Ad Hoc over the weekend...Seems as though they're still figuring things out, and who knows if they'll keep going or switch over the venue to Burgers & Bottles..but if you get a chance, go! It's yummy!
