According to their About section, the launch of the blog coincides with Wensleydale's application for a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), which would certify their Yorkshire Wensleydale as the genuine article and prevent producers in other regions using the name. So far, there are only a handful of entries on the blog, which launched earlier this month.
