Get to know our very own Josh at A Hamburger Today

You might recognize his name, Josh Ozersky, as one of our feature writers here at Slashfood who focuses on all things meaty. Or perhaps you know him by his superhero name, Mr. Cutlets. Or maybe you have no idea who the heck he is.

Well, that can change, because New York City food blog A Hamburger Today has done an in-depth interview with Josh, a second in their new series, Grilled. Josh talks all things burg-errific, reveals that he eats burgers four to five times a week, shares his burger favorites around the city, and who knew he was the new online food editor at New York magazine?
