I'm not much of a baker, or a confectioner, for that matter, so I'm not even sure how I came upon this bundt pan/candy mold. But the idea of fashioning a castle out of of cake or chocolate strikes me as way cool. As you can see, Nordicware's Fairytale Cottage Bundt Pan turns out a pretty impressive edifice whether you choose cake or chocolate. Why hasn't J.K. Rowling licensed this thing? And for that matter, where was Nordicware when I was playing Dungeons & Dragons?
