The interesting thing about LightFull Smoothies is that they're designed to be filling, while other smoothie drinks are usually designed to deliver a few servings of fruit, or a richer alternative to juice - not to fill you up. As a result, you can drink an ordinary smoothie, still be hungry, and oftentimes, worse off than before because of all the sugar. This is not likely to happen with LightFull. All of the smoothies are made with natural ingredients. They are sweetened with fruit purees and a tiny amount of sugar, as well as other natural sweeteners like erythritol, which is naturally found in grapes, pears, melons. Each smoothie has 6 grams of protein and 5 or 6 grams of fiber, which is at least 20% of your recommended daily intake. They also only have 90-100 calories each, and almost no fat (0-1g, depending on flavor), so you can indulge in each delicious flavor without any guilt - just the fact that you're doing something good for your body that happens to taste better than you expected.
Cafe Latte - Two thumbs up!
- Nicole: This was my favorite flavor. It had a very smooth, creamy coffee taste that was slightly sweet and had none of the bitterness that coffee-flavored drinks often have. I had to drink it slowly, though, because it was much more filling than any blended coffee drink I can remember.
- Sarah: Of the four flavors, I liked this one the most as well, but that might also be a personal bias toward all things coffee.
Strawberries and Cream - Two thumbs up!
- N: Bursting with strawberry flavor, and better tasting than any strawberry milkshakes I can think of in recent memory! It was hard to believe that this was sweetened with strawberry puree and not some sort of artificial flavoring because the strawberry taste was so strong. It seemed more like a dessert drink than something I'd want for a snack, but it was quite tasty.
- S: Between this and the Peach flavor, I definitely preferred the Strawberry, and I have to agree, it was overwhelmingly strawberry-flavored.
Chocolate Fudge - One neutral, one thumbs down
- N: Definitely a desserty flavor, but I am not one for chocolate milkshakes, either. It was very creamy, like the rest, and with a good cocoa flavor. I think it would have even been better if I had had the foresight to mix it with either the strawberry or the latte flavor.
- S: This one didn't taste good at all. In fact, I drank less than half of it and threw the rest away. It definitely had a chocolate flavor, but it tasted like a very badly made artificial hot chocolate. It also left a strangely bitter aftertaste in my mouth that made me want to brush my teeth.
Peaches and Cream - One thumb up, one thumb down!
- N: This was, for me, the most refreshing smoothie. It tasted like a peach - and nothing else. It seems like it's great for breakfast, especially if you're on the go, or as something that tastes really light on a hot day.
- S: LIke the chocolate flavor, the Peach had an odd aftertaste.
You can buy LightFull online or you can pick it up at Wegman's, Whole Foods and/or Hannaford's markets.

I actually had the opposite experience, Chocolate and Peach are my favorite two!
I like that it doesn't have a lot of sugar, so it is low cal, but is still all natural. MJ, not sure what you mean by fake sugar - there are no artificial sweeteners in there. Maybe you mean erythritol? Even though it sounds fake, it is actually a sweetener that occurs naturally in pears from what I read.

I looked at one of the ingredient lists, too, and it listed stevia - a natural herb sweetener.

I like the Latte flavor LightFull, it's like a low-cal alternative to a Starbuck's frapuccino. It saves me something like 400 calories, and is much more satisfying...but still gives me that nice little caffeine kick. BTW- stevia rocks, I wish there more companies using it, as it's one of the best zero calorie natural alternatives to the kajillion dollar fake sweetener industry...

I dunno if this is "common knowledge" but I thought I'd mention: erythritol and other products/sweetners are still are widely created in a chemical lab. Companies are able to call these products "natural" and/or even "organic" organic because thesame compound could be found in nature.
While I think finding alternatives to corn syrup and refined sugar is all well and good, I hate that consumers may tricked into believing the ingredients actually DID come from nature, rather than just fashioned after it in a lab somewhere.
