I understand that some of the commenters don't like the photo, but I would like to know what your meatloaves look like. This was neither greasy, nor burnt. It was moist, sliced easily and was shockingly tasty for a vegan loaf. Maybe the photo doesn't do it justice, but it looked excellent in person.
