EoMEoTE : Tabloid Headlines Edition

The blogging fun that is End of Month Egg on Toast Extravaganza is about to take place. This month it is all about food - food using eggs and some form of bread obviously - related to a headline. Yep, it is the Headline Edition of EoMEoTE.

Click over to the cooksister for full details but basically it is all about creating something creative using the last remaining staples in your kitchen at the end of the month, before pay-day kicks in to allow a restock. It can be sweet, savoury, simple, complex, breakfast, dinner - whatever you like. The twist is that EoMEoTE is an ovo-literary event. In the past, we've had poetry, fan fiction and song lyrics as themes (for the full list, see the end of this post) - something for everyone, really! This month the theme is... tabloid headlines - think National Enquirer, think The Sun or The Mirror and you'll get the picture.
