When we first heard about Pepsi Jazz, we wondered whether it would be able to compete with all the other flavored (diet) colas on the market, since it seemed to be joining the game a bit late., especially considering that Pepsi said its first flavor would be Black Cherry French Vanilla. After all, Dr Pepper and Coca-Cola already have their cherry-vanilla colas in stores. Pepsi pinned its hopes on loyal fans switching back once their flavors were released.
Thanks to alert reader Kristina, we now know that Jazz is in the markets - at least, it is in Boston. She says that not only has she seen the first-promised Black Cherry Vanilla Pepsi, but other flavors like Strawberries and Cream and LimeBerry. She was able to taste a bottle of the Strawberries and Cream and reported that "it tasted rather a lot like cotton candy... but in a good way." Frankly, it doesn't sound all that appealing, but LimeBerry sounds intriguing.
Has anyone else tried these new flavors yet?

I'm a Cherry Pepsi drinker by choice but since I take in nearly a thousand calories a day just by drinking soda all day, I've wanted to cut back but all the diets taste bad. This one is pretty good - I just worry about how available it will be and for how long.
It does kinda taste like dissolved skittles in it ;)

It made me wonder if ANYone did a taste test on this stuff, and just exactly how stoned they were when they came up with the name. Stick to the Diet Dr. Pepper flavors and you'll be safe.

I'm not a Diet Pepsi Drinker, til I tried Diet Pepsi Jazz. After trying both of them I'm very impressed & now regularly drink both flavors. Tho Wild Cherry Pepsi is still in my fridge. As for which I like better, I can say the black cherry french vanilla diet pepsi tastes a whole lot better than the (dare I say) Black Cherry Vanilla Coke. The BCV Coke tastes like it's flat as compared to the BCFV diet pepsi. As for the strawberries & cream, I like it's fresh taste, it's a nice change up over say fava strawberry.

Other disturbing things are that granny, and the baby. I suggest you guys change that damn commercial to something else that makes the drink seem more intriguing.

Then I saw the advertisement for Pepsi Jazz and I thought WHY only in DIET !!!, I don't drink diet soda. But I was willing to try it. Now my thought is WHY!!!, it taste like bad flat diet soda. I will not purchase another pepsi soda again.

Especially with our anniversary of Katrina being right around the corner (which was actually yesterday 8/29). The first one the I tried was the black cherry french vanilla. I thought it would be better if it wasn't diet. Then I saw the strawberry and creme. I loved it! My boyfriend, mom and dad all agree that it has a diet taste, and dislike it. I, on the other hand, am reminded of an icee when I drink it ice cold. Pepsi should definitely make these flavors in a non diet. It would absolutely broaden their market.

It has got to be the greatest diet soda i have ever tasted. some people might not enjoy the skittles taste, but it is absoluty incredible. I love it. Im going to have to stock up on it before they get rid of it like pepsi blue (that stuff was good)

I tried the Strawberries and Cream and was reminded why I don't drink pepsi normally - very syrupy cola. I didn't mind it as far as a flavored cola. I'll have to try the cherry one next.

First off I must advise you must have this soda cold, if you buy it off the shelf put it in freezer for a little bit. The Jazz theme I totally get. The Indulge your senses slogan is so damn true. It smells great to me tastes even better & thats just my opinion. I actually love the strawberry over cherry. Hubby is laughing that I am really defensive about this soda I guess I sound a bit insane but please everyone give it a try for yourselves, Ice Cold.
