I guess pork isn't really the "other white meat" anymore. Pork is THE white meat.According to a study done by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), a three ounce piece of pork tenderloin has 2.98 grams of fat whereas a three ounce piece of skinless chicken breast contains 3.03 grams of fat. "How is this possible?" you might be asking. The answer is that farmers have been carefully breeding leaner pigs over the course of the last 25 years.
Bacon is pork, isn't it?

I guess we can order from nimans and get real pork.
