Any idea what this is about? I read the word "trifle" and thought, "Oh, wow. Trifle."
Then I read the bit about "exegetical conceit" which I don't actually have a clue about. It seems to be a book review (it is on flickr) and nothing at all to do with trifle. Which is a shame as I am rather partial to a trifle. I even blogged about it for the St Georges Day blogevent and entered a picture in a round of Does My Blog Look Good In This. I didn't win. But what exactly does trifle have to do with building scalable websites and what exactly does " a four page analogy between data layers and the English dessert known as "Trifle" actually do, or mean?
Scalable websites or trifle? Ummm, trifle please...
