I really thought Jana's Skinny Water, a "no-calorie water, enhanced with a unique combination of ingredients to help people lose and maintain their weight" was a joke.
But then I took a peek at their website and saw that yes, indeed, Skinny Water is a real product. It took scientists and researchers three years to develop a patent pending formula that suppresses appetite, blocks carbohydrates from converting into fat, and increases fat burning. The recommended usage is to drink one bottle three times a day about 30 to 60 minutes before a sensible meal, and maintaining a sensible diet and exercising regularly.
I am almost positive, but don't quote me now, that regular non-skinny tap water that sells for $0, or non-skinny bottled water that sells in a 24-pack at my local grocery store for about $4 works pretty well, too. It may not have Skinny Water's "clinically proven ingredient," Hydroxycitric Acid (aka "Super CitriMax" ), but if you drink non-skinny water about 30-60 minutes before a sensible meal, it will help you feel full. Furthermore, if you maintain a sensible diet, and exercise regularly, you won't gain weight.
