Now I can enjoy my coffee without the upset. I love it, to day the least. I am sure the other coffee's will follow suit, but Folger's will always be my choice. Thank you Folger's.

So, are there coffees out there are already low-upset (and perhaps taste better than Folgers, and/or are fair trade)?
I do wonder how many coffees are already "smooth" given their current methods of production, without necessarily being advertised as such.
Kind of like the "Cholesterol Free!" labels that creeped up about when the low-cholesterol craze began, on items that were 100% veggie (and thus wouldn't have any cholesterol to begin with).

Why should Folgers get a pat on the back for exploiting health problems? Let it sink in for a few minutes, how nature typically builds in protection from things that might harm us.
WhAT IF suppressing the cause of stomach upset by genetically modifiying coffee beans, allows a problem to slip under radar detection that would be an upset stomach. I wonder what drug might be waiting for potential victims, and who might potential investors be for a drug that may treat preventable symptoms had such a victim listened to their body and simply addressed dietary needs appropriately.
Why anyone would choose a genetically modified food over listening to their body?
