Chocolate In Context is a food blog written by a Emily Stone, a New Yorker resident in Australia. As per the name
it is all things chocolate. A recent post has a review of The Chocolate Connoisseur: For Everyone With a Passion
for Chocolate by Chloe Doutre-Roussel.
Emily describes the book as 'an incredible resource'. While deriding the general level of knowledge concerning chocolate in her journalistic researchings including plainly incorrect or elusively vague information given by those professional chocolatiers in New York and Australia Emily feels this book is just what is required for all; in fact she writes that the information in the book is 'desperately needed'.
Being a bit of a chocolate fiend myself this book is already on my Amazon wish list.
It is listed on Amazon.co.uk for just £6.54 and on Amazon.com for $9.97.
