McAuliflower, who blogs at Brownie Points, is very creative and when she gets her mind set on one idea, she doesn't give up no matter how long it takes. In her post about sweet sushi, she said that it was an idea she had been wanting to tackle for some time. As you can tell by the collage above, she did a fantastic job. Her sweet sushi looks unbelievably realistic, with rice krispy treat and white chocolate rice, dark chocolate nori wrappers and marshmallow fish. Multiple batches of homemade marshmallows took a bit of effort, as did molding the fish shapes, but these are easily the most incredible (and fun) sushi creations I've ever seen.

Check out http://www.kookisushi.com/ They have the most realistic (mostly) chocolate sushi I've ever seen. Amazing stuff and a price to match.

Thanks for the pat on the back Nicole! Kooki Sushi are definitely my muse in this affair. i've been lusting after their goodies for awhile. Their creations have egged me on to make fruit caviar (ala El Bulli) to top these creations.
