The cupcake craze isn't over yet, but it's pretty difficult to find something new. Mini cupcakes? Done. Exotic flavors? Done. Healthy? Done.

So if you're looking to make your cupcakes stand out, why don't you put a picture on it? Photos on cupcakes aren't any new technology, as I've seen many a birthday, bridal shower, and Father's Day cake with photos of the one who is being honored, but not yet on cupcakes. They're a small medium, so a group shot of the team on cupcakes to take to your soccer team's victory celebration probably wouldn't work, but who's stopping you from putting a lovely self-portrait of the baker on top?
