Blossoming Teas are the latest craze according to UK tea specialist Nicholas-Hitchcock. You need a clear teapot
to fully appreciate the mastery - what it seems to be is that each Blossoming Tea comes as a handmade ball made from
top quality white tea, hand tied with flowers before drying. When added to hot water they unfold and release a delicate
flavour. They also have high antioxidant levels.
They are available in a variety of flavours - Jasmin Fairy, Spring Petal, Chrysanthemum Love, Colourful Clouds, Osmanthus Haze and the like - for £2.95 for a two ball pack. Each ball can be reused up to five times. Not sure if you have to reroll them though. You can also buy the clear glass teapot from the same people for £10 but I actually prefer the look of the clear Japanese teapot available for £15. They offer overseas delivery.
