All About Apples

Now, as a Floridian, I don't usually express much envy about the weather that those of you in the northern states endure. One thing about Florida weather that does bother me (aside from hurricanes) is the fact that our climate (75 and sunny right now, thank you) isn't at all hospitable to growing apples. I recently discovered AllAboutApples.com, a great collection of apple resources including orchard listings, apple-related news and what looks to be a very comprehensive collection of info about apple varieties. It really makes me wish I had access to some of the more unusual and no doubt tasty varieties that they describe so well. Alas, it's still fun to read about them.
