Bullshot
- 1 ½ shots Vodka
- 1 tablespoon beef bouillon
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
- 4 drops Worcestershire sauce
- ½ shot Lime Juice
- 1 pinch celery salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Pour ingredients into an ice-filled glass and stir. Down in one! A hangover cure apparently. Made famous by Noel Coward, the quintessential 20th century Englishman who was nominated for an Oscar in 1942 for Best Picture In Which We Serve
Cowboy Martini

3 shots Gin
-
½ shot sugar syrup
-
8 fresh mint leaves
-
4 drops orange bitters
Shake ingredients with ice so that the mint is broken up by the vigorous motion. Strain into a martini glass. Obviously in praise of those Broken backed Cowboys nominated for several categories including Best Picture.
Corpse Reviver

1 ½ shots cognac
-
1 shot Calvados
-
1 shot Red vermouth
Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a martini class. Garnish with a twist of orange. In support of Tim Burton's Corpse Bride nominated for best animation.
