Now, light beer has never been my thing. Neither has Michelob. But, I know that there are a lot of folks out
there that drink the low-cal/low-carb Michelob Ultra. If this is you, then you might like to know that Michelob Ultra Amber is now available nationally. Designed to be
a more full-flavored light beer, Mich Ultra Amber didn't fare too well with the folks at RateBeer.com (surprise). One reviewer noted that
this was just regular Ultra with coloring added. Others complained that the brew wasn't even dark enough to merit being
called "amber." Still, if you're on the low-carb beer train, at least this will offer you a little more
variety.Michelob launches Ultra Amber
