We were all wowed by the champagne brownies baked
up by Kelli of Lovescool in October. In
fact, so many people were wowed that she's begun offering them to the public as her first product in her planned bakery, Amai.
Or... she was offering them. By the time I finished writing up this post, ordering closed - so you'll have to drool over the photos and wait for her next product. Did anyone have a chance to order them... and can you deliver a review to us? I was so inspired that I'm heading to the kitchen right now to create an Oregon-ized version with local Blanc de Noirs and chocolate from Dagoba, in honor of our Spirited Cooking theme day on Wednesday.
Even more appropriate, it turns out, as Dagoba has agreed to supply several bars of their amazing chocolate for each of our contest winners.
