Mincemeat is a mixture of dried fruit, candied fruit, nuts and spices, bound together with butter or some other fat and positively drenched in alcohol. It is typically stuffed into sweet little pies around the holidays. Masak-Masak's Star-Topped Mince Pies, for example, would be a wonderfully traditional addition to a Christmas meal.
