The weather is cold outside now, so it's natural to crave steaming hot cocktails. I like a hot toddy, and hot buttered rum is nice, but I will never turn down coffee with alcohol in it, no matter what time of night it is (normally, I stay away from caffeine after lunchtime).
I have absolutely no idea where the name Kioki comes from, because it sort of sounds Hawaiian, but the major ingredient is Kahlua, which is from Mexico. I don't care. I'll take two. And we'll just ignore this little study about caffeine and alcohol.
Kioki Coffee
For every 6 oz. freshly brewed coffee, add 1 ounce Kahlua (coffee liqueur) and ½ ounce of brandy.
