Menu for Hope: a basket from Oregon

maybe some mushrooms from the farmers market? In honor of Slashfood's Oregon contingent, I'm offering up a little basket of Oregon's best goodies for Chez Pim's Menu for Hope (Andrew posted about the benefit, here.) I'll include some of my favorite things about Oregon, including:

A brick of Tillamook vintage white extra-sharp cheddar;
A little box of Moonstruck Chocolate truffles;
A package of McTavish Shortbread cookies; and
Whatever else looks good to me at the farmer's market next weekend, some dried mushrooms or hazelnuts, perhaps.
