Pim of Chez Pim fame is launching another of her highly successful charity raising events - Menu for Hope. This year the money raised will be helping those poor people whose lives have been decimated by the earthquake in Kashmir.
How can we help? Pim asks that each participant - blogger or blog-reader - donate something to the menu. It can be anything - an old or rare cookbook, a special gadget, a recipe or a meal out. Anything that someone would be willing to donate $5 (or the equivalent).
How it works is simple. You donate a minimum bid of $5. At the end of the campaign there will be a draw for each gift.
Full details on Pims blog.
On behalf of Slashfood I have put forward Cook Until Desired Tenderness as one donation.
