Making Bread - the cut versionWell that all seemed very successful; and delicious too. All I can say to Peter is - "If I can do it; so can you chap... so can you." Thanks for all the comments, and if you don't know what I am taking about here are the links.

Making Bread on a Wednesday

The final image here is the final product served with the last of the home-made plum jam (made incidentally by Cocinalia in Spain for the last Euro Blogging By Post event) and some French unsalted butter. A couple more pictures on the Slashfood Food Porn Flickr Pool.

No plum jam in the house, alas, but I *do* have a jar of Italian fig preserves tucked away . . .

12-03-2005 @9:41PM Heidi said... That looked too good - I also had to make some homemade bread. I used walnuts and golden raisins, and some dark stout. I dipped mine into creamy tomato soup and called it a meal.
