Food Porn: Caramel Cashew Cookies

One of the things I like best about Joe's cooking over at Culinary in the Desert is that he's not afraid of complicated recipes and he often tries out things that I have been itching to try. His recipe for caramel cashew cookies comes from the new Martha Stewart cookie magazine. According to Joe, the trick for making these is making fresh cashew butter and cashew bits. The glaze is made of caramel candies and sets a little but remains soft. Yum.
