Forbes.com has the list of the most expensive places to eat around the world (click on the link in the article for the slideshow, and you can see it all on one page once you get to the end of the slide show). One fact the article reveals: Britain - once laughed at as a place for great food - now has some of the world's top restaurants.
There are a couple of British restaurants on this list (none from the U.S.), but there are also places in Moscow, London, Berlin, Dubai, Shanghai, Montreal or Rio De Janeiro, so if you have a lot of money and you travel a lot, you're in luck.
