Heinz tops In consumer satisfaction

ketchup bottle For the sixth consecutive year, the HJ Heinz Company has topped the American Consumer Satisfaction Index. The ACSI is an organization sponsored by the University of Michigan and independent consulting firms that has tracked American consumer preferences and satisfaction rating for over 10 years. The rating of 91 points out of a possibly 100 that Heinz received is not only the company’s highest rating, but the highest rating in the history of the index.

The Heinz Company manufactures not only their world-famous baked beans and ketchup, but thousands of products, with an eye towards both quality and customer satisfaction. Clearly their founder, Henry James Heinz’ recipe for success was a good one: “To do a common thing uncommonly well brings success."
