More crema

The other day, Joanne posted about her “Quest for the Perfect Crema.” This morning, I saw a few photos, like the one above, on Espresso Porn that seemed a fitting addition to her post.

While Espresso Porn is hosted by bloggers Andre (who also has Espresso Journey) and Nicholas, many of the photos are submitted by viewers. Not surprisingly, several submissions are from members of CoffeeGeek.com. The photo above was submitted by CoffeeGeek JonR10.

Basically, the other photos are similar to what you see here: velvety, curvaceous, dripping espresso machines. Do one thing and do it well, I guess.

11-09-2005 @3:24PM alps said... Thats a crazy espresso head, does anyone know what it is or if it works with any machine. I have a Salvatori and it has a regular, two spout head, but that one looks amazing, especially since i have been having a hard time making a perfect cup and ill try anything to help.
