A California pizza parlor was recently robbed by a burglar who made a pizza before fleeing the building. Surveillance videos taken from Sonny’s Pizza and Pasta in San Clemente, Calif., show the thief trying on aprons to find a good fit. Having found one that suited him, he then tried to rip the surveillance camera from the ceiling. When a Sonny’s employee arrived around 3 a.m., the restaurant’s safe was gone, but the pizza, now badly burnt, was still in the oven. The burglar was apparently a meat lover, as one employee pointed out that the charred pie was topped with pepperoni and sausage, among other things. [Via Slice]

And why was an employee there at 3 in the morn anyway?
