Food Porn: Carimoolas

Jennifer over at Taste Everything Once does theme food based on whatever country the teams on The Amazing Race are in. They started in Panama tonight so she made carimoñolas which are a little like arancini. Basically they are meatballs wrapped in mashed yucca and then deep fried. Jennifer seems to have the same fear of frying that I do but they look pretty good to me. The recipe is on her blog.
