
Yep, that’s Darth Vader. And what is he sculpted out of? Butter. Between him and the accompanying Yoda sculpture, that’s about 1,000 pounds of butter. Apparently the Tulsa State Fair commissions an artist to do a butter sculpture every year.
Not to be outdone, the Texas State Fair had an artist sculpt Elvis and some hound dogs from an 800-pound slab of butter earlier this year.
As you might imagine, the folks at MeFi have been having a field day with “Lard Vader.”
