Meat'normous omelet sandwich at Burger King for limited time

Whatever you think about the social consciousness of Burger King for unleashing the Meat'normous Omelet Sandwich on the world, says Ken Hoffman of the Houston Chronicle, you can't argue with its deliciousness. The sandwich packs two eggs and two slices of American cheese with every breakfast meat on the menu: a sausage patty, two slices of ham, and three slices of bacon, all on a toasted bun.

Hoffman's verdict is just as over-the-top as the sandwich's fat content (47 grams): "What's not to love about sausage, eggs, bacon and ham? There's no foolin' around, this is a breakfast buffet on a bun." I've got to admit - I don't usually do Burger King, but I'm breastfeeding and always starving for protein and fat. I'm taking my $3.49 to my local BK for breakfast first thing in the a.m. to see for myself.
