The case of the whisky-named baby

edradourParents of a baby girl have won the right to name their daughter Edradour, which is also the name of a Scotch whisky. At first the tax office in Sweden which registers baby names said that the name was too closely linked to an alcoholic drink but the girl's parents took the case to court and won the right to keep the name by saying that Edradour is also a town in Scotland that they had enjoyed visiting. Does this mean in Sweden you can't have a child named Brandy either?
