This great photo of a “Supremely Decadent Chocolate Cloud Cake” comes from Niki at Esurientes.
While Esurientes hosts the recipe for this flourless, fallen chocolate soufflé cake, a version with U.S. measurements can also be found on Nigella Lawson's website, for those of us not cooking along with Niki in Melbourne, Australia. I have to say, though, the photos of this cake on Esurientes look a lot better than the one on Nigella’s site.
Maybe I’m just out of the loop, or maybe I don’t have a good grasp on Australian slang, but the exclamation “phwoarrrr” used to describe people’s response to the cake was new to me. I like it though, and will make an effort to use it more often.

Thanks for the compliments about the cake; I was surprised mine didn't end up with a crater in the middle to fill with the cream, like Nigella's, but if you think it looks better, then I'm very happy!

It basically means 'gosh, look at that fine looking girl/boy. She/he really is rather tasty and I would like to get my hands on them'
Think page 3 stunna and you're on the right lines
