Diners would be welcomed by an animated Mr. Moneybags on a plasma screen and pass by tables with names like "Short Line Railroad" or reserve "jail" a table for two behind a cell door. The restaurant idea is one of nine proposals set to be reviewed Wednesday by the Salem Redevelopment Authority, which is trying to find a developer for the old Salem Jail site. I hope they do it.
