Cupcakes: yum. Mini-cupcakes: yum, but what's the point? That's my take, anyway. If you're going to go to all the trouble of making, and eating, a cupcake, it should at least be big enough to satisfy one of my sweet teeth. These mini-cupcakes from Leda's Bake Shop in Sherman Oaks, Calif. look absolutely delicious and are filled with all kinds of goodness from dark chocolate ganache to blood orange curd. Wow. So much work for one bite. Where do you come down on this mini-issue?
