One Fish, Two Fish, Raw Fish, Blue Fish

I guess I’m not so food-fashion forward after all. Here I thought I was one step ahead on the culinary runway, when I look left, look right, and see that both Los Angeles Magazine and Food and Wine have both highlighted sushi in their most recent September 2005 issues. Sheesh. Well, let’s take a look-see, shall we? Today, Los Angeles “In the Raw,” a list of the best 15 sushi joints in La La Land. Gawd, I love lists.

Being a recent transplant from LA to the "outback" of the East Coast, I sure miss
excellent sushi! I *do* have confidence though that the Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton area of beautiful PA will soon be on the cutting edge of sushi lovers everywhere and rivaling the NYC area and LA! :)
