Coffee is good for you!

coffee is good for youScientists from Scranton University measured the antioxidants of all the foods and beverages Americans actually consume each day and found that the biggest source of these beneficial substances for us is coffee. Although, molecule for molecule, fruits and vegetables are more healthy (especially dates, cranberries and red grapes), we're not eating that many - so coffee is, paradoxically, better for us. Of course, this data isn't meant as advice. Researcher Joe Vinson reminds us that we should still eat more fruits and vegetables. But because we won't, silly, at least that coffee is helping us fight cancer and heart disease.
