This morning I stumbled across Ideas In Food, the blog of husband and wife chefs H. Alexander Talbot and Aki Kamozawa. While the menus on the site are innovative enough, what really captivated me was the photography. Ideas In Food hosts dozens of photo albums, categorized by ingredient. As with Culinary in the Desert, the pictures isolate the featured dishes and, in the case of Ideas In Food, support the uniqueness of some of the two chefs’ creations. The couple now operates from the Keyah Grande in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, which would explain the prevalence of hoja santa in many of the dishes/pictures.
