I've written before about Sushifinder now if you are craving pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup, then Phofever has a state-by-state directory of where to get your fix. They also have a helpful glossary of basic pho-related terms and tips on how to eat it (don't go garnish-crazy it will cool your soup too fast) and cute pho-related shirts. Maybe I can finally find a Los Angeles version of one of my favorite Boston haunts Pho Republique.Pho Fever

Thanks for the site link. It also helps settle an argument I have with a friend about the correct pronunciation of Pho. ;)
I got into Pho in college. It's one of the few places that is typically open after 10 PM. It was definitely not a rare site to see a Pho restaurant filled to the brim with college students buzzing on alcohol and chili sauce.
My favorite Vietnamese restaurant (in Austin, TX) isn't in the Finder. Guess I'll have to submit it.

Pho is hands down the best hang over cure. In fact, someone should market it as such. For the un-adventurous, get the rare beef noodle soup. They call it rare beef, but it cooks while in the soup.
