Chocolate fondue home fountains: not just for chocolate anymore

Of all the gadgets I'd most like to have in my own kitchen, somehow, a personal chocolate fondue fountain never made the list. Sephra Fountains must think it's on someone's list, as they've gone to considerable effort to market this product. To whit, the fountain is the "ultimate accessory for every fondue lover and home entertainer," and you should note that you "are not limited to just fondue chocolate! Sephra personal fondue fountains have the ability to use chocolate, caramel, cheese, BBQ sauce, and salad dressing as fondue...the dipping possiblities are endless!" If you decide that yes, you need this "ultimate" accessory, will you please invite me to your ranch dressing fondue party?

8-24-2005 @5:52PM Willy Volk said... I used one of these when I stayed at a Hilton recently. They had it working every evening during Happy Hour. It was friggin' righteous! Not only did the little gems taste de-lish, but it was really fun to use, too. I know that sounds dorky, but it's true. I don't know how much they cost, but I wouldn't get one for home. I'd be a big, fat tub!

My wife sells actually sells the Sephra Home Chocolate fountains and they are not that expensive. Her most popular model retails for $249.99, and that includes dark fondue chocolate and metal skewers. It's a party in a pack..
