Fast-food breakfast, the healthy way

Fast food is synonymous with "unhealthy food," but diet columnist Charles Stuart Platkin says it doesn't always have to be that way. Breakfast, he says, is so important for a healthy lifestyle that it's o.k. to eat on the run - as long as you carefully pick the best option. He points to our most healthy choices on the menus at some leading chains, including McDonald's (Egg McMuffin, Fruit & Walnut Salad) and Starbucks (Fruit and Cheese Plate; lowfat muffin and coffee with skim milk and Splenda).
