Thomas Keller Forms catering venture

thomas keller I wrote this up for Luxist but it's definitely something for the slashfoodies too. The one and only Thomas Keller, the man behind some of the best restaurants in the U.S. like Per Se, Bouchon and the iconic French Laundry has partnered up with with Vintage Estate Hotels in Napa to create a special events and private dining venture opening in April 2006.  The emphasis will be on casual French cuisine and they will do everything from intimate suppers for 20 to charity balls for 1,000. It probably won't be as amazing as eating at one of his restaurants but will hopefully beat standard catering by a country mile.
