Sue Gregg cookbook of healthy whole foods

sue greggThere are a lot of cookbooks out there that claim to have healthy recipes, and some of them live up to their claims. But Sue Gregg takes healthy one step further with her whole food philosophy. Her baking recipes don't use refined flours; instead, only sprouted grains. She uses pure sweeteners, not refined sugar. Whole foods, not processed ingredients, go into her recipes.

A few samples you'll find on her website are baked goods like Carrot Bran Muffins and Almond Crunch Coffee Cake, black bean chowder and other yummy soups and even some Mexican and southern dishes. You can also get a free recipe sampler if you fill out a short survey online.

If you are into healthy eating, take a unique approach to using whole foods with Sue Gregg's recipes.
