Hacking Food and Booze

A while back, our naughty little brothers at Hack-A-Day did a bit on food hacks ... well, mostly booze hacks. What's a food hack (or, for that matter, a booze hack)? Well, that's a good question ... I guess it's a modification that transforms any single food or beverage either into a superior version of itself, or else, into something new altogether. It all started with the Guinness Beersicle - apparently, a good dark ale keeps its head even in the freezer. From there they taught us how to opensource a can of cola, and, finally how to turn cheap-ass vodka into Ketel One.

I love this stuff. I want to come up with a whole cookbook full of food and drink hacks. Got any?
